Search engine optimization once was a single hero show. With only two schools of thought on how to get the job done. The superman of the group was content creation. Optimize your content; make it the best it can be... Like Superman. On the other side was Spiderman, getting incoming links from all over, creating a web of people promoting your content for you. Both superheroes had some success, and were able to work on their own. But with more and more villains out there it's time to realize that some threats can't be conquered by one man, no matter how super they are.
So what should your search engine hero squad consist of?
- Super content?
- Web of incoming links?
- Blogs?
- Technical SEO?
- Social Media Promotion?
- Local SEO?
- Search Engine Marketing?
- Conversion tracking?
